Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using tl44. By accessing or using the platform you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and tl44 ("tl44", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform available at tl44.pro. These Terms govern your access to and use of the tl44 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment facilities, and any other services offered by tl44 (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using any part of the tl44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. § 1 — Eligibility
To be eligible to open and maintain an account with tl44 and to use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions on a continuing basis:
- You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a tl44 employee in any of the above roles.
- You have not previously had a tl44 account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
§ 2 — Account Registration and Verification
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account with tl44. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances. When registering, you must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and active mobile number.
- Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change.
- Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
- Submit valid government-issued identification documents (e.g. National ID, passport) when requested by tl44 as part of KYC and anti-money-laundering checks.
- Ensure that all payment methods linked to your tl44 account are registered in your own name and are not shared with or owned by any third party.
tl44 reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage of the customer relationship, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in the temporary or permanent restriction of your account.
§ 3 — Deposits and Withdrawals
tl44 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following conditions apply to all transactions on the platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and communicated within the tl44 cashier section.
- Deposits are credited to your tl44 account balance instantly upon successful processing by the payment provider. tl44 is not liable for delays caused by mobile wallet providers, network outages, or third-party processing errors.
- Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or system maintenance.
- tl44 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of KYC verification, anti-money-laundering checks, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the tl44 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
tl44 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players are advised to check applicable fees with their wallet provider before initiating a transaction.
§ 4 — Bonuses and Promotions
tl44 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
- The wagering requirement attached to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Standard welcome bonus wagering requirements are set at the rollover amount specified at the time of claim.
- tl44 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice and to apply additional conditions to the use of promotional credits.
- Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any player found to be exploiting promotional offers, engaging in bonus abuse, participating in coordinated bonus-farming activities, or placing low-risk hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements will have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and are limited to one claim per household, IP address, device, and payment account. Duplicate claims from the same source will be voided.
§ 5 — Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and game rounds placed through tl44 are final once confirmed. Players accept the following conditions when participating in any game or betting market on the platform:
- All game outcomes on tl44 are determined by independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems or by live studio results provided by licensed game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming.
- tl44 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical fault, data feed error, or manifest pricing error has occurred. In such circumstances, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per betting market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or the sportsbook market and may be adjusted by tl44 at any time without prior notice.
- In-play cricket and sports betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during a live event at tl44's sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where the integrity of the event is in question.

§ 6 — Responsible Gaming
tl44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. tl44 is an entertainment platform strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
- Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary (30, 60, or 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the tl44 platform by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
- Reality checks: Session time reminders can be configured to alert players after a set period of continuous play.
- Account closure: Any player who believes their gambling is becoming harmful may request immediate account closure by contacting tl44 support. tl44 will never attempt to dissuade a player from closing their account on responsible gaming grounds.
§ 7 — Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tl44 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
- Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other financial crime, including the use of third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated bots or scripts, or employ any other method intended to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using a different identity, device, payment method, or IP address for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of organised cheating that undermines the integrity of any game or sporting event available on tl44.
§ 8 — Intellectual Property
All content available on the tl44 platform, including but not limited to the tl44 brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game content provided under licence from third-party suppliers, and all other materials (collectively, "tl44 Content"), is the property of tl44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tl44 platform for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any tl44 Content without prior written authorisation from tl44.
§ 9 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tl44 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform. Without limiting the foregoing, tl44 shall not be liable for:
- Any financial loss, including losses from gambling, which by its nature involves risk and the possibility of loss at the player's sole financial risk.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services caused by circumstances beyond tl44's reasonable control, including technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
- Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information or content available on the tl44 platform, including odds, statistics, game descriptions, or promotional content.
§ 10 — Account Suspension and Termination
tl44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if any of the following circumstances apply:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, the prohibited activities listed in Section 7, or the bonus terms in Section 4.
- tl44 is required to take action against the account pursuant to a legal obligation, court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
- tl44 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity, pending investigation.
§ 11 — Amendments to These Terms
tl44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tl44 will notify registered players by posting the updated Terms on the tl44 platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the tl44 platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting tl44 support.
§ 12 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact tl44 support at [email protected] in the first instance. tl44 operates an internal dispute resolution process and aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. tl44 does not accept jurisdiction of any specific national court as exclusively governing these Terms.
